Code of Conduct
Every Player, Coach, Referee and Spectator is expected to comply with the
Sterling Soccer Association Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in
a suspension or termination of participation privileges. Youth sports serve
to build character in players.
To that end, these guidelines exist:

No foul or offensive language will be tolerated at
practices or matches.

Foul play with the intention to harm will be dealt
with decisively.

Coaches and Spectators will be supportive of all
players, referees and each other.

Referees will treat Players, Coaches and Spectators
with respect.

The Soccer Family will conduct itself with honor
when dealing with all soccer players, soccer teams, and soccer clubs
and will not engage in gossip or rumor.
